We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped from Germany.

SHIPPING RATES

Germany: €6.90 · 2–4 business days

European Union: €15 · 2–8 business days

International: €35 · 3–8 business days

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

We hope you will love your La Farestia piece.

If you wish to return your order, you may do so within fourteen days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return of a La Farestia product, please contact us at returns@laforesta.de including your order number and the item you wish to return. Returns must be approved prior to dispatch. Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

For any returns or exchanges related to Flabelus products, please contact us at hola@flabelus.com.  Customers can request returns or exchanges within the return period specified on La Foresta’s website. Exchange shipping cost is 8€ and return shipping cost 12€ (for Europe).
