Returns

We hope you will love your La Foresta piece.

If for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so under the following conditions.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Items must be returned:

• unworn and unused

• in their original condition

• with all tags attached

• in the original packaging

A proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return

• your full name

• your order number

• the item you wish to return

Returns sent without prior request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For returns within Germany, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment with a courier of their choice.

For returns within the European Union, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment with a courier of their choice.

Returns from outside the European Union must be arranged independently. All return shipping costs, customs duties and any related charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

All returns must be shipped within 14 days of withdrawal.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

EU right of withdrawal

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 dayswithout providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
